How to Set Up KroozTV on Android TV & Google TV
Configure KroozTV on an Android TV, Google TV television or compatible Android streaming box while keeping account, player, device and network troubleshooting separate.
Android TV Built Into a Television vs an External Box
The setup concept is similar, but hardware can differ substantially. Built-in television hardware may have different storage, memory and network capabilities from a dedicated external streaming box.
Google provides official Android TV help for platform-level account, network and application issues.
Setup Workflow
- Confirm Android TV/Google TV has internet access.
- Open the platform’s application store.
- Select a compatible television-oriented player.
- Install and launch the player.
- Choose the supported account or playlist method.
- Enter the KroozTV information exactly as supplied.
- Allow the initial content and EPG synchronization to complete.
- Test playback before changing advanced options.
If the Interface Is Slow
Check available storage and close unused applications. A television with Android TV built in may have fewer resources than a newer external box.
If Wi-Fi Is Unstable
If the hardware supports Ethernet, compare wired and wireless playback. This is a useful diagnostic because it changes the local network path without changing the account.
If Authentication Fails
Return to the original account information and verify every field. Do not treat an authentication error as a bandwidth problem.
