How to Configure KroozTV in TiviMate
TiviMate is a player interface used on compatible Android-based television devices. Configure the account first, verify playback, then customize EPG, favorites and interface settings.
Player vs Service
TiviMate provides the viewing interface. KroozTV provides the account information configured inside that interface. Keeping those roles separate makes troubleshooting easier.
TiviMate Configuration Workflow
- Install TiviMate on a compatible device.
- Launch the application and choose its add-playlist/account option.
- Select the login method corresponding to the account information supplied to you.
- Enter the requested values carefully.
- Save the configuration.
- Allow the initial import to complete.
- Confirm normal playback.
- After playback works, configure favorites, EPG and interface preferences.
Playback Works but EPG Does Not
Do not immediately delete a working account. Refresh guide data separately and verify the device’s date, time and timezone.
Authentication Failure
Compare server information, username and password with the original account details. One incorrect character can prevent authentication.
Why Testing Before Customizing Helps
If you change many advanced settings before confirming basic playback, you create extra variables. Establish a working baseline first.
